Theo Bray serves as the Momentum Coordinator for 6 Stones, helping connect families in crisis with timely resources, strong partnerships, and practical support. With more than a decade of experience in recruiting, workforce development, and employer engagement, Theo is passionate about opening doors to meaningful opportunities and helping people take their next best step. Throughout his career, Theo has led full-cycle recruiting efforts, cultivated employer relationships, and facilitated more than 100 workforce readiness workshops. He has helped job seekers find employment across healthcare, IT, hospitality, and education, strengthening both placement outcomes and community connections along the way. Theo is also an ordained minister with a background in Pastoral Christian Ministries. He believes lasting change grows through dignity, opportunity, and ongoing engagement, and he is committed to helping individuals and families build momentum toward stability and a future filled with Hope.
