POSITION OVERVIEW
The Grants and Development Coordinator is a full-time position working under the Chief Development Officer to support fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, and grant writing. This role manages the Coalition monthly donor program, researches and writes grant proposals, coordinates donor events, and helps build a culture of philanthropy across the organization.
We’re looking for someone who is an excellent writer and communicator, relationship-focused with donors, highly organized and detail-oriented, and passionate about advancing our mission.
