Cindy “CJ” Jones
Grant Writer & Development Coordinator
CJ brings more than 35 years of experience in marketing, communications, creative leadership, and community engagement across health care, technology, and nonprofit organizations. A natural storyteller and connector of people, CJ is passionate about building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping organizations make a meaningful difference.
Her connection to 6 Stones runs deep. A longtime volunteer and board member since 2011, CJ has served as Board Chair and Vice Chair, contributing to important milestones, including the Home for Hope capital campaign that helped make the new 6 Stones building possible. Now, as Development and Grants Coordinator, she combines her professional expertise with her heart for service to help secure resources, strengthen partnerships, and share stories of Hope that reflect the power of community working together to transform lives, homes, and communities.
Guided by her faith and a commitment to servant leadership, CJ believes everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported.
Outside of 6 Stones, CJ and her husband, Gary, have been married for more than 30 years and are proud parents of two daughters, Audra and Olivia, who live in New York City. She enjoys traveling, old movies, podcasts, reading, connecting with friends and family, and finding new ways to use technology and creativity for good.
