Alisha Dudley

Alisha serves as the Youth Programs Associate at 6 Stones, where she works primarily with the LIGA HEB Soccer program and supports other student-based initiatives. She is passionate about investing in young people and creating opportunities for students to grow, connect, and thrive. A native of Duncanville, Texas, Alisha has called the HEB community home for the past 16 years. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Computer Information Systems from Midwestern State University and a Master of Business Administration in Management from Dallas Baptist University. Before joining 6 Stones, she spent 13 years in the aerospace industry working in project management. She also coached competitive soccer for six years and spent the past nine years as a stay-at-home mom. Alisha and her husband, Michael, have been married for 18 years and have two daughters, Andi and Charli, who both play competitive soccer. Much of her free time is spent cheering them on at soccer games and other activities. She also actively serves in the children’s ministry at Central Bible Church. Alisha is grateful for the opportunity to bring her professional experience, love for youth, and heart for service together at 6 Stones. She is excited to be part of an organization committed to serving the community, sharing the Hope of Christ, and being the hands and feet of Jesus each day.
