City of Bedford Employee Collecting Furniture for Apartment Fire Victims

Do you have furniture to share with the victims of the Bedford apartment fire? Seventeen people were displaced.  Teresa McGill, who lost her home in a fire years ago, is taking an active role in helping these families.  Email info@6stones.org if you have furniture to donate & we will put you in touch with Ms. McGill so you can contact her for the furniture delivery details.

Going forward, it is our goal to connect people who need furniture with people who have furniture to donate.  It’s a way of streamlining and expediting the process with no need for an interim storage time.  When it’s possible for you to connect with the people you are helping, you enjoy the added benefit of being directly involved in the blessing.  And, we are able to maximize the use of the warehouse space for the daily needs of food and clothing.  Win, Win!
