An Answered Prayer

Dale and Joyce Turns are the CPR (Community Powered Revitalization) liaisons for the City of Euless.  They interview homeowners who submit applications for homes to be repaired as part of the CPR program.  On a recent visit with an elderly widow, the Turns learned that the widow’s adult daughter used to live with her, but has been in the ICU for three months in a medically induced coma with her doctors unsure of how to aid further. Dale and Joyce offered to pray for the widow and her daughter.  Not long after they had left, the doctor called to say he had found a surgery to help the daughter’s situation!  The widow immediately called Dale and Joyce to relay her excitement, saying she knew God had sent them to her for that reason!

What an amazing story of what is means to be a CATALYST OF HOPE!
