Did you know Children’s Medicaid offers free health and medical services to qualifying children?  Visit us at 6 Stones New Hope Center on Monday, April 26 from 10 am – 2 pm to pick up an application and ask questions.  Bring the child’s social security number, Alien card, proof of income and proof of childcare cost.
