Apply for Operation Back 2 School

Families of eligible students have been notified by the school district to register to receive Christmas assistance from 6 Stones’ Night of Hope event. Students eligible for Night of Hope are those that are: a) currently enrolled in an HEB ISD school, and b) currently on the free lunch program.

If you did not receive communication from HEB ISD, please check your Spam email folder or contact the school counselor at your child’s school to see if they qualify.

Night of Hope events will be held the week of December 9-12. You must be present to accept the items for your household, so please only sign up if you are able to attend.

To register your eligible student, please scroll down to complete the application. You will need the unique HEB ISD Student ID number for each child to complete this form. This number was included in the email communication you received from HEB ISD. If you do not know your child’s student ID number, please contact the counselor at their school.

*You MUST register to receive assistance.* If you are receiving assistance from another agency or organization, you are not eligible for Night of Hope.

Registration is complete when you receive a confirmation email with the names of each registered child.

Space is limited. Registration will close on October 19 or when it becomes full. 

Please enter your elementary student ID number to access the Night of Hope application. Do not put any spaces before or after the number.

Operation Back 2 School Application

Registration for the 2025 Operation Back 2 School event will begin in May. Eligible HEB-ISD families will be contacted by email with application instructions. 

Registration for the 2025 Operation Back 2 School event is now full. You may qualify for assistance through the Tarrant County Back 2 School RoundUp event. For more information, please visit their website at
