New Hope Center Served Over 14,000 in 2010
The 6 Stones New Hope Center served 14,153 people last year. Families who reside in the Hurst, Euless, Bedford comunity come to the center primarily for food and clothing. Clients are also able to pick up HEB Transit vouchers and find out about low cost dental services provided at the Tarrant County College Dental Hygiene School. Thanks to a grant provided by TXU Energy, New Hope clients who are also TXU Customers can receive box fans and energy efficient light bulbs. Services are provided and food and clothing donations are accepted during the following hours:
Mondays 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Tuesdays 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Wednesdays 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Saturdays 9 a.m. – 12 noon
The New Hope Center is staffed entirely by volunteers. We are praying for more volunteers to come forward and help
staff the center on Thursdays.
Currently, there is a big need for warm coats and jackets of all sizes; mens and childrens shoes; and mens, boys and girls jeans.

I’m looking for assistance with food. I have finance trouble and need help with food so that my paycheck can go to my rent. My husband is on disability with his last job and he may not get his monthly check this month. Please send me some info on how to get temporary help. I have a application for snap but have not received any reply yet.
